George Phillies is one of the Presidential Candidates for the Libertarian
Party.  He, along with others, will be seeking the nod from the National
Party, to run against whichever Presidential Candidates the major
parties present for the 2008 Presidential Election.

Eva is the Colorado Campaign Coordinator for the George Phillies Campaign.
It is encouraging to find a candidate for the Libertarian Party who is
capable of plowing through the incredible amount of data in areas like
the ongoing discussion of Global Warming without falling prey to emotional
arguments and political posturing.  George is a physicist by trade, and
has decided to use his capabilities to bring us a President who can
sift through the spin, and stand for something more than just getting
re-elected by a party machine.

In the meantime, consider whether the choices you've made in the past
few elections have actually given you the America that you want to be
a part of.  If the answer is an emphatic NO, maybe it's time to do
something different, and vote Libertarian.  If you want Liberty, the
current bipolar environment between the feuding major parties will 
not provide it.  Libertarians are willing to discuss ALL the facts
from both sides and come up with answers that do not curtail you
and your freedoms at the expense of political gain.

It's your future, and the future of your children and grandchildren
that currently hangs in the balance.  Whether they lose freedoms to
conscription to fight foreign wars, or to strident fear based plans
to save the environment, they will be lost in either case.  Give
them something else to look forward to.

It is one of the facts of history (and you can find it on the history
page of the Republican Party website) that several smaller parties
united to form the Republican Party; they went National, and 4 years
later, Lincoln was President.  There are tipping points, and this
country is rapidly losing patience with spin and posturing and half
truths, and they are seeking solutions outside the major parties.
